I love the Fall and all its bounty. We are truly blessed to live in a state with such an abundance of crops. This makes me yearn to can!!!!

You are so right! And to live in a region that supplies us with even more… my mother in law knew how to can, I try to freeze fresh fruits and vegetables but lately I’ve come to believe it’s good to anticipate each season’s bounty and enjoy them! Thank you for your kind comments!
